Gayle Nelson

President & Founder

As an experienced finance executive with over 20 years of experience in accounting, operations, and business systems, Gayle has a vision of helping companies leverage state-of-the-art, cloud-based tools to optimize business operations. She leads RCP’s operations, strategic planning, and development of its team members. Prior to founding RCP, Gayle led finance teams for private and public companies, including PeopleFluent, Fleetmatics Group PLC, and Verizon Communications Inc. She began her career at Ernst & Young as an auditor and tax consultant. 

Gayle earned her Master of Business Administration from Boston University and her Master of Science in Taxation from Suffolk University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
