Find the Positive in a Bad Situation

People that know me, know that I always try to find the positive in a bad situation. In my view, history will repeat itself and many innovations will come from the latest COVID-19 crisis. Businesses will evolve to survive.

Today the pictured fruit and vegetable basket was delivered to my doorstep by a local produce company. This company's business was dwindling when the coronavirus pandemic shut down many restaurants. So the owner collaborated with a local dad to reach a new market for its product. The group promoted weekly delivery to residents. For $40 per week, my family receives delicious, healthy food and supports a local, small business. It may seem like a simple change, but this is one example of the shift in business. I hope that this weekly service continues long after the coronavirus curve is flattened. Stay safe and support your local businesses during this difficult time! #smallbusiness
