Today the pictured fruit and vegetable basket was delivered to my doorstep by a local produce company. This company's business was dwindling when the coronavirus pandemic shut down many restaurants. So the owner collaborated with a local dad to reach a new market for its product. The group promoted weekly delivery to residents. For $40 per week, my family receives delicious, healthy food and supports a local, small business. It may seem like a simple change, but this is one example of the shift in business.
